Allison Williams

Allison Howell Williams, born April 13 in the US, is an actress and producer. In her roles in horror films, she has been deemed to be a horror queen in media. Her first fame was for the role of Marnie Michaels in the HBO comedy-drama show Girls (2012-2017) and brought her a Critics' Choice Award nomination. Her big break came when she played her role as Rose Armitage in the horror film Get Out (2017), which won her nominations at the MTV Movie Awards and the Screen Actors Guild Awards among other accolades. Her subsequent roles included film noirs like The Perfection (2018 and M3GAN 2022) as well as M3GAN 2022 which she co-produced. Williams was born and raised in New Canaan (Connecticut), being the daughter of former Nightly anchor and managing editor Brian Williams, and television producer Jane Gillan Stoddard. Williams has a brother who is older. Williams has attended Greenwich Academy and New Canaan Country School. Later, she majored in English at Yale University. She was also a member Morse College as well as the St. Elmo Secret Society. Williams was a Ralph Lauren outlet employee in New Canaan. Also, she was a member for four years of the Just Add Water Improv group, and was a part of the YouTube show College Musical. Sam Tsui was featured in the film and Kurt Hugo Schneider directed.
