Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25 in 1954. She was born in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother and Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox studied flute, piano and harpsichord at the Royal Academy of Music London for three years throughout the 1970s. Her budget was supplemented with a student stipend and part-time work. Lennox decided to change her career path following her dissatisfaction with her inexperience in the same way as others Royal Academy students. Lennox began her career as musician in the band Dragons Playground. She left the band before the band was asked to participate in I.T.V.'s talent contest New Faces. Between 1977 and the year 1980 she was vocalist for The Tourists. A British pop group. She met Dave Stewart, with whom she would form the pop-duo Eurythmics. Lennox collaborated on her solo first album Diva. It came out in 1993. The album was hugely successful both commercially as well as critically. Nostalgia Lennox's sixth solo record was released in the month of November. The C.D. Lennox chose her most loved blues and soul songs. Lepidoptera includes four keyboard improvised tracks. The E.P. Her first solo album in conjunction with her art work in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art, titled "Now I'll Let You Go." Annie Lennox is a Scottish artist and singer born on December 25th 1954. The Tourists had a minor hit in late 1970s. Lennox and Dave Stewart, a fellow musician, went on to achieve international fame in 1980s with the Eurythmics. In 1992 Lennox launched a solo career by releasing the release of her first album Diva with a variety of successful songs includingWhy andWalking on Broken Glass. Medusa her 1995 studio album has cover versions of songs like No MoreI Love Yous andA Whiter Shade of Pale. She is credited with the release of six studio albums on her own and one compilation.
